RAFFAELA

Raffaela was working as a doctor when she realized that enslaved "farm" animals were just as capable of suffering as her patients. This realization led her to become vegan at the end of 2020 and directly campaign for animal rights. After a few months of street activism, she decided to share her emotional encounters online in the form of TikTok videos, reaching millions. As The Militant Vegan, Raffaela and her team have taken radical animal rights activism in the German-speaking world to a new level.

TOBI

Tobi got involved in street activism through Raffaela's introduction to Anonymous For The Voiceless , an international animal rights organization. After just a few weeks as an activist, he opened a new AV chapter as an organizer. He quickly realized that street activism is insufficient without media presence and, in 2023, began posting videos of his efforts on various social media platforms as The Veganist . As a strength athlete, he also shows that you can be strong even as a vegan—in heart and in the gym!

Mit unserem mutigen Namen wollen wir nicht nur Aufmerksamkeit schaffen, sondern auch gezielt aufklären. Er ruft sofort Emotionen hervor, was Menschen motiviert, sich weiterzubilden und ihr Verhalten zu hinterfragen.

Und zu dieser klaren Botschaft haben wir unser abstraktes Logo designed:

Wie kam es zu NVSINO? - unsere Story

Raffaela und Tobi haben sich 2023 beim Aktivismus kennengelernt und schnell war klar, dass ihr gemeinsamer Ehrgeiz neue Projekte hervorrufen wird. Durch Tobis Erfahrung als Team Lead und im Aufbau seiner eigenen Marke Gym Zombies sowie Raffaelas Erfahrung im Marketing und Produktdesign ihrer Erfindung KOALAA lag es auf der Hand, auch für ihr größtes Lebensprojekt eine Marke ins Leben zu rufen: NVSINO soll radikale, stylische Kleidung für mutige Veganer bieten.

Why vegan statement clothing?

Animal rights clothing is too bold – we don't want grinning avocados, dancing tofus, or bland slogans like "Friends Not Food!" We want bold, striking statements that provoke, are memorable, and also offer a powerful conversation starter. And ideally, on shirts, caps, totes, bags, and any other item we use in everyday life to stand up against animal slavery.

Wearing clothing with a radical vegan animal rights message is a simple and effective way to stimulate discourse in your community: radical, unequivocally pro-animals!

Aren't there other NVSINO manufacturers?

That's right. Raffaela coined and popularized the phrase "Not Being Vegan Is Not OK" three years ago. Back then, she sponsored an Austrian animal rights organization's first merchandise, a sum in the high four-figure range. Due to personal differences, a lack of ambition to scale, and a lack of reliable customer support from the organization, Raffaela and Tobi have now decided to open a store according to their own ideas, with more efficient logistics and a registered trademark.
