Correct. Raffaela coined and popularized the saying "Nicht Vegan Sein Ist Nicht OK" (Not Being Vegan Is Not OK) 3 years ago. At that time, she sponsored a high four-figure sum for a first merchandise run for an Austrian animal rights organization. Due to personal differences, a lack of ambition for scaling, and reliability in customer support on the part of the organization, Raffaela, together with Tobi, has now decided to open a store according to their own vision, with more efficient logistics and a registered brand.

Most of our products are made to Fair Wear standards, from organic cotton or recycled materials.

Buttons, stickers, and small parts are difficult to trace back to the original producer of the entire supply chain due to the manufacturing process of individual components.

We strive to create a fair world for humans and animals, and the foundation for this is a vegan lifestyle, which is why all our materials are free from animal cruelty in their production and components.

We are not cheap. Our prints are double-layered, making the print (especially white on black) brilliantly bright and, unlike conventional print-on-demand products, ensuring long-lasting enjoyment.

For this reason, and due to our special features such as sleeve prints, vegan inks, organic cotton, and Fair Wear, our products are in the higher price segment.

All NVSINO materials and printing inks are, of course, free from animal cruelty, i.e., vegan.

Our fabric materials are printed using the screen printing process with plastisol ink.

For orders with a merchandise value of €50.00 or more, domestic shipping within Germany is free for you. Otherwise, we charge a flat shipping and packaging fee of €4.99. For orders with a merchandise value of €100.00 or more, shipping is also free within Europe, the UK, and Switzerland. Below this value, a charge of €9.99 applies for shipping and packaging.

If you only want to order a few stickers, buttons, or similar items (merchandise value <€10), "Small Item Shipping" will be automatically selected during shipping. In this case, only €3.50 will be charged. If you exceed the aforementioned value limits, standard shipping will be chosen. This also applies, of course, to free shipping.

Our standard delivery within Germany is carried out by Deutsche Post or DHL GoGreen. The delivery time is usually 2-7 days. Deviations will be indicated on the respective product page.

Small shipments (such as stickers, buttons, business cards) are sent as letters without a tracking number. After the shipping notification, these should arrive within 3 working days at the latest. If you have not received your delivery after more than 3 days, please contact us!

No, we do not offer free returns. As a small, activist shop, we want to manage our resources responsibly. Free returns would increase the risk of orders being intentionally placed and returned to harm us financially. To ensure we can continue our work for animals long-term, we kindly ask you to cover the cost of returns yourself.

We kindly request that you provide a mobile phone number with your order. This will be exclusively forwarded to the responsible shipping service provider (e.g., DPD, DHL, Hermes, UPS, or GLS) so that they can contact you if necessary or send a delivery notification. Many drivers operate under high time pressure. A provided phone number helps to quickly resolve delivery issues and avoid returns.

Our tip: Create a free customer account with your preferred shipping service provider and deposit a delivery release there. This way, your parcel can be delivered safely even if you are not at home. Your phone number will not be used for marketing purposes and will not be shared with third parties outside of the shipping process.
