Shipping terms
Delivery times
Within Germany we deliver with Deutsche Post or DHL GoGreen.
Most of our products are made using print-on-demand. This means that items are only produced after you have placed your order.
The total delivery time consists of production time plus shipping time and is usually 2–7 working days within Germany, unless stated otherwise in the relevant product description.
Should there be any delays, we will of course let you know as soon as possible.
You can check the status of your order at any time using DHL tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email in your shipping confirmation:

Note on print-on-demand products
Because our products are made individually after you order, processing and delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product and the current order volume.
You will find the expected delivery time for each item on the relevant product page.
Please note that orders containing several items may be delivered in more than one shipment if products are dispatched from different production sites.
Small items
Small items such as stickers, buttons or business cards are sometimes sent as a letter without tracking.
After the shipping confirmation, these should normally reach you within 3 working days.
If you have not received your delivery after more than 3 working days, please get in touch with us.
Shipping costs
Shipping within Germany
- Orders of €50.00 and above ship free of charge.
- Below this order value we charge a flat shipping and packaging fee of €4.99.
Shipping to the EU and other countries
- Orders of €100.00 and above ship free of charge.
- Below this order value we charge shipping costs of €9.99.
This applies to all member states of the European Union and, beyond those, to Albania, Andorra, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vatican City.
Small-item shipping
For small orders — for example stickers or buttons with a goods value below €10.00 — the shipping method "small-item shipping" is selected automatically.
In this case the shipping costs are €3.50.
As soon as the respective thresholds for standard or free shipping are reached, the cheapest suitable shipping option is selected automatically.
Deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom)
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply in addition. You bear these costs as the recipient; they are levied directly by the responsible authorities and are not included in our prices and shipping costs.

Worldwide shipping is possible on request.
